Divine Renewal Fencing & Deck is GROWING, and we’re looking for a motivated salesperson to join our team!

This is NOT a position for someone who wants to sit around waiting for leads.

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, energetic, confident, and hungry to make money. Your job will be getting out into local neighborhoods, talking with homeowners, generating leads, and helping us connect with customers who need fencing, decks, repairs, restoration, and other outdoor projects.

💰 BASE PAY + STRONG COMMISSION OPPORTUNITY

The more business you generate, the more money you make. There is real earning potential for the right person.

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and people skills

• Positive, upbeat personality

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Competitive mindset and willingness to learn

• Sales experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter more

We’ll provide training on our services, how to approach homeowners, qualifying potential customers, handling objections, and turning conversations into appointments.
